Our Delivery Guarantee
We offer a 48 hr delivery service. All deliveries are free for orders over £50 ex vat. Orders below this will incur a small delivery charge of £3.95. All prices exclude VAT. Some items, such as furniture, may require additional delivery time. If you have questions about delivery, please call us on 0115 955 8000 and we will be glad to assist.

Product Guarantee and Returns
Any stationery item can be returned for a FULL credit when in its original undamaged packaging –within 14 days. ( Please see Returns Policy for full terms & conditions )
All products carry a 12 month guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship, from date of purchase.
